White food!

Gjorde en sån god spontan mat igår, måste visa.
Jag kallar den: "Vit Vår Pastasås".
Det är:
Strimlad vitkål
Gul lök
Matlagningsgrädde
Vitlökspulver
Mald ingefära
Vitpeppar
Lite socker
Salt 
Quornbitar
Pasta: Papardelle nidi

Krydda efter beheag. kål är mer höst, men nu lagar ja den ju på våren så det får duga!

Jag lagade den med quorn för jag hade det hemma, men kyckling lär ju fungera lika bra.
Servera med lite riven ost på toppen!



I made a really good spontanious dish yesterday, have to show you.
I call it " White Spring Pastasauce".
It's made of:
Shredded white cabbage
Onion
Cream (low fat)
Garlic powder
Grounded ginger
White pepper powder
A little bit sugar
Salt
Quornsquares
Pasta: Papardelle nidi

Spice as you please. Cabbage feels like autumn to me, but since I cooked it now when it's spring it's springcabbage!
I made it with quorn cause I had some in the feezer, but chicken would work too.
Serve with a bit of shredded cheese on top!
